Community Resources
Additional Support and Resources
I know that reaching out for support can take courage, and I want to acknowledge the care behind that step. At times, my availability for returning inquiries or scheduling appointments may be limited, and I may not be able to respond as quickly as I would like. Thank you for your understanding.
For this reason, I have created the resource list below as an additional source of support while you consider your next steps. I will continue to update and expand these resources over time.
If you are experiencing an emergency or feel that you may be at risk, please seek immediate support by contacting your local emergency room or by calling or texting 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which is available 24/7 in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your local hospital or crisis service can help connect you to appropriate care.
Please do stay in touch. I also periodically offer psycho-educational workshops and community-based offerings designed to support reflection, regulation, and well-being, and I look forward to sharing more about these opportunities as they arise.

Recommended Reading on Relationships & Emotional Connection
These books approach relationships from different therapeutic perspectives. I encourage you to explore the eBook versions (Kindle, Audible, or library eBooks are all fine) and notice which voice, language, and framework resonates most with you. There is no “right” approach—only what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
