About the Event
This week, we will focus on “Expressive Dream Work with Nightmares”. We will continue using the book The Art of Dreaming by Jill Mellick. We will paint/draw, collage or write a poem from our nightmare. Please register, and bring a notebook, pen, and a nightmare. Limited to 6 participants.
The focus of this session will be on Nightmares. “Nightmares overwhelm us. They bleed into every part of life and temporarily disarm our personalities with foreign, untamed energy. We need to contain its effect if we are to perceive the nightmare without too many defense but with enough to enable us to receive its message.” Jill Mellick, from The Art of Dreaming.
Instructions will be provided, but you can begin to draw, paint, collage, and write a poem or story about your nightmare. It is so healing to let it out in expressive form. You can dance, do yoga or express in what ever form is best for you. See you soon.

Important note: Please do register, that is RSVP, it makes it so much easier for me and this site sents you the Zoom link via email. Lets try it, for simplicity, but if there is a problem on that day reach out to me.
