About the Event

A random act of kindness is a spontaneous, selfless act that helps or cheers up someone without any thought of receiving something in return. Especially during these pandemic times, random acts of kindness are essential to our wellbeing as they can free us from self-focus, enhance joy, resilience, and vigor. In today’s virtual meeting, we will explore these powerful, unconditional acts of generosity, given and received. Please bring a journal or notebook to write in.

We will be meeting online. You will receive the link once you register. Please RSVP to let us know that you are attending, and invite anyone you think might benefit from this theme and from connecting with people who value interacting with awareness, courage and love. We hope you will gain support, groundedness and inspiration during this time of crisis.

A donation of $10 is recommended, but this is purely voluntary and based on ability to pay. Our primary goal is to be of service during this time of global upheaval. Since this is a closed group, there is no need to register. A link will be sent.
