Deeping Connection with Others Through Self-Forgiveness
When we do something to hurt others or ourselves, being able to engage in self-forgiveness and to make peace with our shortcomings is important because it can help us live healthier, more connected, and happier lives. It is through self-forgiveness that we can learn and mature from our mistakes.

About the Event
When we do something to hurt others or ourselves, being able to engage in self-forgiveness and
to make peace with our shortcomings is important because it can help us live healthier, more connected, and happier lives. It is through self-forgiveness that we can learn and mature from our mistakes. Studies have shown that people who practice self-forgiveness are better at managing their mental and emotional well-being. In this session, we will explore your feelings as a result of having hurt someone, including yourself, and take a step away from self-blame and toward increased responsibility and compassion. Essential in this process is connecting with another’s generosity and kindness.
We'll be meeting online via Zoom. Please RSVP to let us know that you are attending, and invite anyone you think might benefit from this theme and from connecting with people who value interacting with awareness, courage and love. We really hope you will attend and gain support, centeredness, and inspiration.
