August 2021- Random Acts of Kindness

A random act of kindness is a spontaneous, selfless act that helps or cheers up someone without any thought of receiving something in return. Especially during these pandemic times, random acts of kindness are essential to our wellbeing as they can free us from self-focus, enhance joy, resilience, and vigor. In today’s virtual meeting, we will explore these powerful, unconditional acts of generosity, given and received. Please bring a journal or notebook to write in.

We'll be meeting online at link sent prior to event. Please RSVP to let us know that you are attending, and invite anyone you think might benefit from this theme and from connecting with people who value interacting with awareness, courage and love.
